Next on the agenda

With IMWI off the schedule I know am focusing on the marathon in St. Louis in October. I will be focusing on my running and still keep my ass in the pool.

I have a couple of things that I plan to work on this week. One is nutrition and the second is integrating weight training into my schedule. I would also like to work on yoga but that is down the road.

I can honestly say that I did not take my training as seriously as I needed to and that will not happen again.
