Monday:
easy swim. Back still sore but working through it.
Tuesday:
Bike:Great ride! 2 PRS on the hills! Really working on the hills!
Wednesday:Off
Thursday:65 minute run on the treadmill. 5 miles.
Friday: Attempted to play golf. Failed. Seeing Chiro on Monday to get this back fixed.
Saturday:Watched Andy race and learned more about tri racing.
