I decided that a triathlon would be a good thing to do. Who was I kidding. IM WI 2018 is my goal!

Workout Summary - Swimming 500 yards. Took a light day today and just went for a swim. Legs and back were sore from yesterdays tree trimming and yard work so I just took it easy today. Watched the tour and US WNT win the World Cup. Awesome game and relaxing day. Can't beat it.
