Time off

I went down to Florida for Easter and took the bike along. Got in 4 goods days of riding which was an awesome change from riding on trainers. After I returned is when my training took an unexpected turn,. I had some infection of some sort on my left thigh that was very painful and very annoying, That took about a week to go away so that was time lost so that and the time in Florida left me about three weeks with no swimming. Swimming is my worst sport but I was starting to make some headway with it before I left. So now it is back to square one and I have to get back at it.
