A week to forget.

Week Recap

This week sucked, not much more to say than that. Monday was fine, Tuesday and Wednesday both were long work days that kept me from training at all. I moved my Wednesday swim to Thursday and then Friday was a bust due to work. So all in all this will be a week to forget. I am going get in a light swim today and then start fresh on Monday.
