Wednesday: New PR at NPMKE! 8 laps and all the body parts are ok! Swim tonight
Thursday: 1 hour on the trainer. Listening to great music riding hills.
Friday:Got my ass kicked at November Project but it was all good.
Saturday: Badger Game!

Sunday: Watching Taylor play soccer
Monday: Morning visit to Dr. Bowe – Fisher. She is helping fix my back! Feels much better.
Tuesday: Great ride. Took on the St. Augustine hill and kicked its ass! Hills are alot less intimidating now!
Wednesday: 10K run at the WAC. Back feels great and run was good. Need new shoes though.
Thursday: Had an appointment at night so no riding.
Friday:Busy day at the office and MUHS Football game.
Saturday: The wind was a bitch today but I got in a good ride today! Working on the hills.

Sunday: Ironman Wisconsin
Monday: easy swim. Back still sore but working through it.
Tuesday: Bike:Great ride! 2 PRS on the hills! Really working on the hills! 
Wednesday:Off
Thursday:65 minute run on the treadmill. 5 miles.
Friday: Attempted to play golf. Failed. Seeing Chiro on Monday to get this back fixed.
Saturday:Watched Andy race and learned more about tri racing.

IMWI

September 13th 2015

Today I worked with my friend Brent Emery at the party on the hill for IMWI. .Tomorrow I plan to register for the 2016 IMWI.  I will need to get very serious very quickly. I am really looking forward to the next year, the training and the focus will be something that I really need. This will be awesome.
